Thirsty Thursdays: The Wake UP


At least 5 mornings out of 7 I am up by 4am. The house is quiet and I need to do some work so I make a cup of tea to get my day started.


Here's one of my favorite blends to make. The recipe is below.

1/2 tsp of: Reishi Mushroom, Gotu Kola, Gingko, Ashwagandha, Lemon Balm, Stevia leaf, Cinnamon bark, and 1 stalk of Ginseng Root
